Moreau, Dr. Phillippe: Descendant of the Dr. Moreau written about by H.G. Wells, Moreau was responsible for the creation of Dr. Silverback and the beast-men of Beast Mountain. As of February 2008 he works with VIPER. (CU, HL, VIPER)

His being manifests in 888 bodies at once, of varying levels of power; his primary or "true" form, which resembles a gigantic tree and cannot move, lives at the heart of Thulkos, his native dimension. Ultimates, the: Supervillain team led by Binder; as of February 2008 its other members are Blackstar, Cyclone, Radium, Slick, and Thunderbolt I.
