TECHNICAL STUFFQ: I forgot my username and password. What do I do?
A: Use the Forgot Password function to have your password e-mailed to the address you specified during registration. If you no longer have access to this e-mail address, please use the Contact Us to contact our webmaster to have him change your account information.
Q: My download of a file was interrupted. What do I do?
A: Go to Downloads page in the Member Control Panel to re-download any electronic files you've purchased.
Q: I purchased a download file but I lost it due to a hard drive crash. Can I re-download it?
A: Sure, just go to the Downloads page in the Member Control Panel to re-download any electronic files you've purchased.
PRODUCTSQ: Some of the books in the Online Store say that they are "damaged." What exactly does that mean?
A: Our "damaged" books typically have bent corners, scuffed spines, and similar cosmetic abberations that caused a distributor to send them back to us. They're not missing any pages, damaged so badly you can't use them, or illegible; they're perfectly usable books. In fact, just go on the message boards and ask our customers - a lot of them will tell you that our "damaged" books are in as good or better shape than ones you sometimes see on game store shelves!
PAYMENTSQ: What credit cards do you accept?
A: The Online Store accepts Visa and Mastercard only. We do not accept Discover or American Express.
Q: Do you accept PayPal?
A: No, we do not accept PayPal.
Q: Can I pay by check or money order?
A: Yes. Simply print out the invoice from the online store (the page that asks for your credit card) and send it, along with your payment to:

Once the payment clears we'll ship your products and/or enable them for download (as appropriate).
SHIPPINGQ: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we can ship just about anywhere.
Q: What are your shipping methods?
A: In the continental United States and Canada, we ship via UPS Brown. For US Post Office Boxes, APO/EPO, Alaska, and Hawaii, we ship via USPS. For international orders we ship via USPS Global.
Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?
A: We can't say for sure because it depends on where you live relative to our warehouse (which is in Nevada). UPS Brown shipments typically take 3-5 days for delivery (longer in Canada) once Warehouse Goddess Tina ships the order (which may or may not occur the day you place it, depending on circumstances). USPS domestic shipments typically take 5-7 days. International shpments usually take 4-6 weeks.
