Building "Equipment" in the POWERS section has given some of my players a problem that all though it does not affect my game it does affect the functionality or the program.

It does not allow STR MIN to be applied to POWERS unless they are purchased in the EQUIPMENT section. As a rule offered in the books shouldn't it be allowed (Maybe this is a Steve Q but I thought you would know) and it also does not allow Armor mass to be selected.

As I said for me this is not a problem as I declared them inapropriate for the setting. But for a fantasy character with a "God Hammer" or something bought in the powers section these limitations would apply. Can they be added? it would also affect how much additional STR you can add to damage and the END cost to use the power. I know the code is written as it is already an option in the EQUIPMENT section just hopping you can copy it over to the POWERS section.

I hope I made that clear enough as communication (like many others) is not a field I am skilled in.

Thanks Dan for reading this. (Unless you don't then what I guess thanks Rob for writting it and waisting everyones time.)

Actually, it does.

STR Min is only available on Heroic (or Normal) templates....not Superheroic.

If you switch to those templates, you'll find STR Min available on all abilities for which it is a valid Limitation.

STR Min (per Steve) is not Limiting enough in Superheroic campaigns to qualify for a Limitation.
