Vehicle Question

When making a merchant Cargo spaceship. Do you need to pay for cargo area?

I ask because the vehicle worked up in Star Hero & TUV don't. Do you just state the amount of cargo that is able to be carried or not worry about it?

There are no specific rules for buying cargo space. The main restrictions on cargo are (a) the Vehicle's STR, and (b) common sense. In most cases just define how much cargo you think a Vehicle should carry, and go with that. ;)
