View Full Version : "Costs END" and END Reserves.

When I buy an Endurance Reserve, all my listed powers give me the option of taking END from Personal or the Reserve.
However, when I add the "Costs Endurance" Limitation to a Power, the little dialogue box to pick which Endurance source it comes from does not appear.
I can't figure out if this is a feature request or a bug. ;) Just figured I'd bring it to your attention.
Edit: It only appears to be a problem when buying Skills with "Costs Endurance."

Have you tried saving the power, and then going back in to edit it? I have noticed that in the past (not that it ever bothered me, and I haven't done an END reserve characater in a while).
May at least be a work around.

Yeah, it was the first thing I tried. No dice.

I'm afraid the only useful thing I have to say here is that I can't duplicate the problem on my machine. I created an END reserve, then an Armor power, then added "costs END only to activate" to the Armor power. Immediately the END source pop-up menu appeared.
Cheers,
Ben

I think you missed my "edit" comment, above. The problem only occurs when selecting Skills and adding "Costs Endurance" to them.

Whoop! So I did. In that case, likewise: I also see this behavior.

Well...that _was_ only available on Powers and Characteristics, but since we're allowing Skills and Perks and Talents to take Costs Endurance, I've got the fields added into them as well.
You'll see them appear in the final release of 2.0 on Monday.
