1. Create a new character.
2. Give it a name and a power or something.
3. Save it.
4. Click on File and look at the Save Character command. It's grayed out (as it should be, since you haven't made any changes since the last save).
4. Add something else to it.
5. Click on File again and look at the Save Character commend. Now you can select it (again as it should be, because you've made changes.)
6. Without saving the changes to the character, now go to File...Set Export Template and select any template other than the default one.
7. Once again, click on File and look at the Save Character command. It should be available, because you've made changes since the last save. However, it's grayed out. Also, if you go to File...Close Character while the character is in this state, you're not prompted on whether you want to save changes, even though you've made changes.
I'm using v. 1.21 on Windows ME.
