Effectiveness Rating Tool

It would be cool if someone wrote a tool (wouldn't really have to be a plug-in as it just uses the file indicating the character's abilities) that automatically (to the extent possible, i'td be cool if it indicated areas to check) calculated the Effectiveness Rating, showing the values, preferably putting it out in XML or text format.

Just throwing food for thought out there. I know I'd be unlikely to ever get around to it, so vaguely hoping someone gets excited and does it.

Well, it wouldn't be a bad plugin to write. Have to be pretty configurable since it's a rather subjective area of Hero.
