At long last, it's here! Hero Designer 2.0 is now for sale in the Online Store!

I just downloaded the software, but I cannot open it. What could be the problem?

If you purchased the full version, then IE will frequently strip off the .exe extension from the installer that you download. Just rename the file to "setup.exe" and you'll be good to go.

I believe that it's part of the security settings in IE.
