Usable By Others Construction

How would one (in HERO Designer) create the more advanced construct listed under the "Usable By Others" Advantage in FREd? It's the one where you create the power being granted separately, and then use it as the base cost to which to apply the "Usable By Others"?

You buy the Flight as listed. You then choose the Naked Modifier power and name it Granted Flight. You put a cost of 13 into the total slot, and then appy your Advantages and Limitations.

Except you don't have to pay points for the granted Power.

Workaround: Add a Custom Adder to your granted Power equal to the Active Points of the Power.

You are right. I totally missed that. That's what I get for rushing. :)

To be honest, I did not even notice that ability when I read through FREd. Now I will have something else to throw at my players. :)
