HD v2.01 is not showing the END Cost of a Naked Modifier.
I added Double Knockback (+3/4) to a base of 60 points (45 Active Points) and the END cost is not listed.
Naked Advantages cost END, right? I've been known to be wrong on many an occasion. :)

A Naked Advantage will affect the END of whatever it is applied to, but does not have an inherent END cost of its own. There is nothing to be displayed.

On pg. 157 in 5E it states, "A naked advantage also usually costs END."
Also listed in the FAQ:
Question: One of the example powers in 5E involves applying Does Knockback to PRE to make Presence Attacks do Knockback. How does this work?
Answer: A Presence Attack that does KB works like any other Presence Attack, in that it doesn’t require an Attack Roll, and only affects those persons it’s directed against (i.e., in some ways it’s inherently “Selective”). However, the use of the Advantage (which has to be a naked one, or else the character runs the risk of doing KB every time he makes an Interaction Skill roll) converts the Presence Attack from an Action that takes no time to an Attack Action.
While the Presence Attack itself costs no END, the naked Advantage, as a distinct power, costs END at the normal rate.
You calculate the KB by reading the “Normal Damage BODY” on the Presence Attack dice, and then subtracting a 2d6 roll as usual.
Question: How does a character calculate the cost of, and use, a naked Advantage or Adder? For example, if a character buys a naked Advantage or Adder for a power that already has some Advantages, must he buy the naked Adder/Advantage with those Advantages? Would the Limitations on the power automatically apply to the naked Adder/Advantage?
Answer: There are two types of naked Advantages (and Adders): naked Advantages bought to apply to any one of a group of powers (e.g., Autofire, works with any pistol); and a naked Advantage bought to apply to a specific power (e.g., MegaScale, applies to the character’s Running).
For the first type of naked Advantage, the character defines the maximum Active Points the Advantage can apply to. This total must account for any Advantages the power has. The character does not also have to buy the Advantages or Limitations on the base power for the naked Advantage; the power functions as it would normally, with the naked Advantage adding in. The naked Advantage costs END (with the amount of END calculated from the cost of the naked Advantage), even if the base power does not (unless, of course, the character applies the Reduced Endurance Advantage to his naked Advantage). The naked Advantage is an Instant Power; it’s not Constant or Persistent even if the underlying power is. Advantages and Limitations applied to a naked Advantage have no effect on the base power.
I'm just confused because v 1.47 and the beta test version of v 2 displayed the END cost of a Naked Modifier. Thanks for you help, Dan!

Somewhere along the way I must have gotten the wrong rules for that.....I'll get it switched around so that it shows an END cost.
Thanks for the references!

No problem, Dan. I can't tell you enough how cool and useful this program is. Thanks for all you hard work. And also a big shout out to all the people who helped out by creating the templates, prefabs, and all the other goodies.
I never thought I'd get to send a shout out to anyone. :)
