Found this today...

Do you think it is really unused? I hope that is the case...we need to support our favorite game company so they can give us product this kick tail.

Do you think it is really unused?Probably. Based on the seller's feedback rating, I'd guess it's a game store/comics store/book store/some kinda store. A lot of stores also sell on Ebay as another outlet to bolster sales. He probably got it through normal distribution chains, and is just selling it on Ebay instead of off the shelf in his store. :)
