City of Heroes Beta

City of Heroes has started their closed Beta testing. Have any of our herophiles been chosen to participate? Steve Long, I know you have said in the past that you and Jack Emmerit (sp?) are friends. Did you get an invite?

If any of you did, give us a scoop. Will the Champions Set LOVE this game or not?

I hope Steve didn't get an invite. It'd throw the whole release schedule for HERO out of whack! :)

Maybe I just posted in the wrong forum...I was hoping one of the hero faithful would have got an invite. I personally can't wait for this game. I designed my new computer around the FAQ specs for the game...lol

Well, there is that whole NDA thing, y'know, the one where you not supposed to talk about it. If one of us were lucky enough to get into beta you wouldn't want us getting kicked out, would you?

For myself, I've been eagerly awaiting this game since it was first announced a few years ago. *pantpant*

Yes, I did, but I declined. I don't really have the time, and I don't have much experience with MMORPGs in any event.

I believe Andy volunteered to take part, but at this point I'm not sure if he has the time, either. ;)
