lists inside of lists

would it be possible to make a list inside of a list? for example say i was to make a list for all powers bought through a certain focus, but half of them have activation 14-, it would be nice if we could just make a sublist so that we don't have to add act14- to every power.

You could make the list without Activation 14-, then copy and paste it and add Activation 14- to the pasted version. Add Powers to one or the other depending on which way they go.

Nothing says that Powers that are in the same Focus have to be in the same list.

that makes sense for that situation, but i remember another situation. i forget which character this came up with, but it was a framework (i can't remember ec or multipower, but that's moot) and i wanted some of the powers in the framework to all have the same limitation, but not all.
