I'm wanting to join an existing group in the Indy area. I'd be happy to host since I have a good sized area in my house dedicated to RPGs. I've GMed a little for a couple D&D buddies, but I'd like to learn the rules more and get a chance to experience the game. Any genre would be great.

If you are willing to drive, IU, Purdue and and Ball State used to have fairly large gaming groups.
The Game Preserve and the gaming store in Broad Ripple (forget its name) have Looking for Gamer boards. Also, the Circle of Janus (the sci-fi group that runs InCon) has an associated gaming group.
Hope this info helps,
Mike

Yeah, I'm not really looking to drive. Game Preserve's postings have been pretty bare for a long while. I haven't been in the Board Room in Broad Ripple yet, but I live abouut 7 minutes from it. The Circle of Janus gets together every third Saturday of the month and I hung out with them back in January, but didn't really find anyone in particular. I'm going to ask around a bit more though and I know a couple people who play, but their schedules are really tight right now.
