Is there some way to force the program to accept an Advantage or Limitation that its programmed to consider "illegal" by the rules? There are some instances where I have a house rule that allows something that is normally not allowed.

I realise I can simply put in a custom modification to emulate the desired effect, but I'm just wondering if the software has some switch or what not built in that I can adjust.

If you really want to, you can turn off Modifier Intelligence checks under the app prefs. This is not recommended, but it will allow you to assign any Modifier to any Power, regardless of legality.
