Storn has a really good thread going right now where he has posted some color artwork from MMM. I mentioned that I have some color pics I did for the Fantasy Hero Grimoire, and was asked to show them. Here they are.
For these illustrations, I basically worked in the opposite edirection the noble Storn did. Whereas he worked in color and reduced to greyscale, I created these in greyscale and colorized them as an experiment.
BTW, these were also the first illustrations I did after getting a Wacom pressure sensitive tablet. They are entirely digital.

WARNING: Though there is no nudity, the third illo is something you might not want to suddenly flash up on your screen if you are at work.

Very striking images, and I like your choices. That's certainly something I'd be tempted to do if I was invisible. :D And the Necromantic Healing shows that this type of magic doesn't necessarily have to be sinister.

Well done, Keith! I like the Necromantic Healing pic particularly well myself. It reminds me of a wonderful quote a player once threw out in a Neverwinter Nights session of all places. He said, " Not all that comes from the Shadows brings death...and not all that comes with the light brings thy salvation!" I've always been partial to a "Neutral" concept for most uses of Necromancy myself.
