TUV Powersuit limbs [Archive] - HERO Games Discussion Boards

I was just wondering if the powersuit in the TUV (p.83) should have had to buy "limbs", concidering that most vehicle can't manipulate anything without some "extra limbs".

Just to check, I looked up in the Mecha section and Mecha have to buy limbs. Would you concider a powersuit a very small "Mecha"?

Nah, I don't think it needs limbs. By analogy, you don't have to buy Extra Limbs for a car just because the driver can reach out of the window and grab something.

Whether a suit of powered armor = very small mech is a decision I leave to each individual GM and/or gamer. They can debate it right along with the angels-dancing-on-pins discussion. ;)
