Can I apply AOE to a UBO skill?

Well, the UBO generally eliminates the need for something like AoE... unless you wanted each person who got the power to be able to use it over an Area. That leads to the issue of "will the GM allow CSLs with Area Of Effect?", and I'd be mighty surprised if you got very many GMs who would say "yes" to that question.
