Taskmaster?

Anyone out there ever written up Marvel's thug professor extrodinaire? I did one eons ago but nolonger care for it. ( I gave him all the martial arts maneuvers in the UMA). If you have done him or a similar character what did you use to simulate his ability to do what anyone else does?

Just give all martial arts maneuvers, +8 overall skill levels, +8 additional combat levels with a -1/4 limitation that they're only effective after studying opponent. Straight 20's in physical stats. All agility skills. A moderate cosmic VPP to simulate 'power stunts' of people he's studied. Several weapons including bow, shield, sword, and billy club.

If we ever regain access to the "pre- Denial of Service" board threads, there were at least two very extensive discussions of Taskmaster's ability - well worth searching for if you're interested in the character.
