Using V2.10
When you have a custom modifer placed on a whole MP and then have an additional custom mod placed on one of the slots, it replaces the common modifier on the display as well as affect the cost of the slot. It also happens in ECs as well.

I've attached my character. If you look at the EC it has custom mod 1 (a -1/4) for the entire EC and it shows up on the individual slots. For slot 3 (Ice Armor) I added another custom mod (custom mod 2 (a -1/2)) and it totally replaces the common mod for the EC. And the cost only gets the -1/2 applied to it, not the -1/2 and the -1/4.

Fixed.
Both Modifiers will be applied when the item is in a regular list or in an MP.....the problem was in EC's only for the application. The display was just an error on my part.
