Naked Mod on Martial Arts

Ok, in accordance with the whole Limitations on Martial Art's, I created a Naked Modifier and then slapped on OIHID. Now, I didn't know if I was suppose to total ALL the manuevers up and then apply the limitation or not, however, I managed to come out with a Negative Number . . Is this valid or did I do something wrong?

A Naked Limitation will always be a negative value. Whether it's valid or not is up to your GM.
