New HERO retailers

Steve, Darren, Ben and Co.,
I have recently gotten my group to order their books from our FLGS. Because I've sent him so much business, he's started to carry your books (and Hero Designer) as regular stock.
This is great for the FLGS and for the local gaming community. Unfortunately, the local game/comic book shops are few and far between, so any extra exposure for their product would be great for them (and, in turn my group).
I'd like to get my FLGS on your list of local retailers on your website.

How do I go about that?

Just ask 'em to send Ben their contact information. We won't list a store unless the store requests us to, but all they have to do is ask and we'll gladly put 'em on the list.

I'll be contacting them soon. I would love to see something other than CCGs in the Charlotte metro...
The owner seems pretty reasonable and more than willing to listen to his customers input on what products to carry. You should be hearing from him soon.
By the way, what if there was an establishment listed on your list of retailers that no longer carries your products, but has neglected to remove themselves from the list?

Typically, if we get a report from someone that a retailer isn't carrying our products like we say he is, we contact that retailer and ask what's up. If necessary we'll remove him from the list.

I'll ask if they carry the Hero line and email y'all with what I find out. In the meantime, I'll be contacting my FLGS and suggest that they may want to have themselves listed. Since they've only just started to carry the product line, they may not even be aware that there's a list on your website...
