Limited Arc of Fire

Limited Arc of Fire is showing up on the unavailable limitations list when trying to apply it to a multipower framework - I get "...may only be applied to powers."

Can you fix this please?

No.

There's nothing to fix. If you try to apply the Limiaion to an empty MP, then it is blocked....which is just fine. Once you add items into the MP, the items are used to validate the Modifier Intelligence rather than the MP itself and the Lim will become available if it can be applied to every power in the MP.

Okay. On first glance that sounds a little counter-intuitive, but I can see why it is the way it is. So long as I can at least add it at some point, that works for me.
