Quick question about Shades of Black: on p.66 (of the PDF), Chantal's Boon of the Infernal multipower has the Extra Time limitation at the -1 1/2 level, which is listed as "1 Hour". Should this really be 1 hour, in which case it's a -3 limitation, or 1 minute, which is -1 1/2?

It should be 1 hour. I applied the rule stated on page 187 of FREd: "If the Power has a lengthy activation time, but the character can use it every Phase from then on without taking Extra Time, halve the Limitation value..."

Mainly because once Chantal Summons the demon, it can fight on its Phases, and she can command it on her Phases thereafter, without suffering from the Extra Time Limitation.

It is, admittedly, a judgement call on my part. (Also, I applied the same rule to her "Witch Reborn" write-up a couple pages later.)
