No new accounts?

A friend of mine is trying to register for an account and no matter what he types he gets User Name Exists. I tried to and get the same thing, even with random names.

I have been trying to set up get an 'account" on the hero system web site so i could buy the Hero Designer V2 but for the last few day's every name I type in it tells me that there is already one in the system.

Seeing as how I have been typing names randomly for 30 minutes at a time I find this a little bit of a problem. Do you know who I might be able to talk to and find out if I am just doing something wrong? or if thier data base is really that full.

I used his eMail address when I tried, figuring maybe it was a browser security setting bouncing cookies or something on his end and if it worked for me w/ his info he could just change the p-word and be cool from there.

Is the message "Specified display name already in use" or "Specified user name already in use"?

Chances are, you're changing the wrong name.....
