Hi Steve,

If an area effect or explosion attack has a 'can be missile deflected' limitation, or a physical limitation 'can be missile deflected' like the nuclear missile in Star Hero, what happens when it gets deflected? Does it simply do no damage, or does it still explode and do damage if you're caught in the area effect?

It does no damage. Not only would it be unfair to grant the attack a Limitation and then let it get around that Limitation, but it wouldn't be much fun for the player if the GM said, "Well, you used your action and made your roll, but you still get blown to bits anyway." ;)
