Missile Deflection

If a character has both Missile Deflection and Stretching, can the character Deflect at up to the range of her Stretching for "free"? Or would she have to purchase the Missile Deflection with an Advantage in order to do so?

As a default, no, that's not allowed. But the GM could certainly make an exception if he felt this wouldn't unbalance the campaign, the player wouldn't abuse the privilege, etc.
