If you would please add the following tags to <!--OCV--> and <!--DCV-->

<!--SECONDARY-->
The reason why is that those character built with a Primary and Secondary DEX then have a Prime and 2nd OCV/DCV
Problems with this aren't realy noticable until you use the Deluxe Champions Character Sheet with the To-Hit table.
An OCV of 4/6 (prime/2nd) is 0.666666 to the to-hit table, not 4 and then 6
After that is done it wouldn't be too hard to develope two to-hit tables - one each for prime and 2nd.
