The calculated END cost for Swimming seems to be broken. Whether Swimming is increased from the Characteristics tab or added separately as a Power, the END value displayed is usually other than 1 END/5", either high or low.

The END cost is 1/10 Active Points, just like any other Power in the system.

This assumes, of course, that you are using the default campaign rules....if you change the AP per END setting, then the value is adjusted accordingly.

OK, serves me right for not having 5E handy to check before posting.

However, starting with a new character, if I add Swimming +18" as a Power, the END cost for Swimming on the Characteristics tab shows as [3]. Shouldn't this be [2] if it's 1 END/10 AP?

Nope. Each purchase is rounded on it's own. Thus, your base 2" of Swimming is 1 END and the +18" of Swimming Power is 2 END -- for a total of 3 END.

That's interesting; I wouldn't have expected that if the additional puchase were set to be added to the primary characteristic. That does explain it, though. Thanks.
