Point Total for Espionage campaign

I am considering running an Espionage campaign and am having difficulty decided what Point Total I should set for characters. I want the campaign to be highly cinematic ala James Bond with perhaps a little less focus on gadgets.

What would you suggest?

For what you describe I'd tend to go with a 75+75 basis -- possibly 100+100, with a lot of Languages, Knowledge Skills, Skill Levels, and such.
