I've noticed when inputting several of the DOJ-published NPCs a recurring theme on the Hunted disadvantages is an option called "Capture". This isn't listed in Hero Designer, and I know that I can choose "Harshly Punish" and overwrite it with "Capture", but I also know that I've had to do that at least 7-8 times during the time I've been using Hero Designer.

Any chance we could add that option in, and give it the same point value as "Harshly Punish"?

Well...tell ya what: get Steve to sign off on it and I'll work it into the base template.

The problem with a lot of things like this is that Steve doesn't want them to be in there by default -- while he wants the app to be capable of making all of the official characters and constructs, he also wants it to mirror the rule book as closely as possible.

This probably won't be an issue in this case, but the call still needs to come from him.

I've sent Steve an e-mail referencing this post, and have asked him for a ruling. I appreciate your need to honor your commitments to DOJ while trying to satisfy your core users.
