I'm trying to build a characte with a teleportation platform. He can teleport to the platform from anywhere in the world, and he can teleport from the platform to most anywhere on the planet.

There are a few things I'm running into trouble with this Multipower:

"Teleport Anywhere" uses the base's sensor suite to determine locations (Clairsentience, with some major limitations - esssentially "spy satelite cam").

"Teleport Home" is obviously Fixed Location Only.

The platform itself is an Obvious Inaccessible Immobile Focus, but this is only easily applied to "Teleport Out." The character doesn't need to have the platform present to Teleport home, but he does need it functioning. Would you say that the Focus Limitation would still apply to "Teleport Home," and thus to the Multipower reserve?

I havn't worked with Bases much, but how about

Teleport
- Useable on Others (Perhaps limited to those that know a secret code))
- Megascale (To whatever level necessary to emcompass the world)

I see a small limitation in the Teleport home.

Maybe : "Only if platfoem functioning" -1/4

If you need less cost, maybe a second focus.
"Portable recall device" IIF -1/4

The team in my Defenders campaign has something like this.

Basically, it's bought on the characters as a teleport/mega-scale teleport with a few fixed locations (various, immobile teleport pads) and a Limitation that they can only teleport to those pads.

The teleport pads are bought as part of their base as teleport/mega-scale teleport without any restrictions (other than immobile focus).

If the character doesn't actually have a base, but still only he can use the teleport pads, you can just buy the pad as the base and apply the appropriate skills to represent the difficulty of others finding a way to use it (like security systems).
