Possible Framework Bug

For some reason, I can't seem to create any Multipowers or Elemental Controls anymore. I go to the Powers tab, and the only options under List are New List and New Separator. Am I just missing something obvious here?

Check to see which sourcebooks you have checked. You need 5th or Sidekick to get frameworks. With Sidekick, you won't get VPP

Thanks! That did the trick. I hadn't even noticed the new sourcebook section. I don't even own Sidekick, so it didn't occur to me to look. I would think that the default should be Hero System Fifth Edition Rule Book instead.
