Good eve,

Yep, I am one of the unlucky...shortsighted ones. :(
I didn't start purchasing HERO books post-FREd untill recently, and, of course, I missed the last call for the first printing of the Bestiary.
However, I heard a rumor there might be a reprinting. :) Is there truth to this? And if so, is there an ETA to vendors?

You might want to try a couple of the online retailers listed under the Hero Retailers page. Even though The Bestiary is out of print it is very possible that one of those retailers might have a copy. It couldn't hurt to send them an inquiry email anyway.

Good luck finding a copy!

And if you strike out there, C_Zeree, let me know. There are a couple of local game stores that have copies. I'd be glad to to buy one and ship it to you. You can also check on Ebay if you can't find a retailer; it comes up for bid there regularly, and the prices aren't usually inflated.

The Bestiary will be reprinted, probably later in the spring or early summer to coordinate with the pending arrival of Fantasy Hero. Right now, my best guess is May, since before we reprint Bestiary we need to go back for a 4th (!) reprint of 5th, and we'll probably do that in the next couple of weeks. Yeesh! They keep me hopping around here... dw

Epic Worlds has 3 copies of the Beastiary, or at least they did this afternoon.

I snatched up Warehouse 23's last copy. :)

All Star Games in Diamond Bar is definitely worth your time if it's not too far out of your way. They have a huge selection of games and will order it if they don't.
