Transmit

What is actually needed to recieve a Sense with Transmit on it? I've sorta inferred from TUV that it was HRRP but was curious as to whether that was correct or not.

This also assumes that any sense can have that Adder on it. (Which I hope is the case).

It depends on what the Sense is Transmitting. If it's a Radio Group Sense, you need a way to perceive radio. If you have some sort of sound Transmit, you need a Hearing Group Sense. If it's Danger Sense with Transmit, you need Danger Sense. And so on. ;)
