I have found a bug in the Transport Familiarity skill.
When I choose the skill the base cost shows "1" until I select the first TF, then drops to "0". The second TF pulls it up to one and the third 2.
Also how do you set TFs so you cannot buy the megaTF just the smaller categories? I'm trying to use the SciFI vehicles and it doesn't go above 2 points even when I choose 4 or 5 TFs in that category.

It's not a bug. From the sound of things, you have Combat Piloting, Combat Driving, or Riding purchased. Each of those provides a "free" 1-point TF in the appropriate category.
So, for example, if you purchased Combat Piloting and then went to purchase TF: small planes, when you selected "Small Planes", the cost would be 0, since "Small Planes" would count as your free 1-point TF in the Piloting category.
As for purchasing multiple items under one category, the max cost for a given category is the cost to purchase that category in its entirety (if applicable). If the category cannot be purchased as a whole (like some of the uncommon TFs), then there is no max.

I was building a compound power using STR with increasing Endurance for each level of STR I increased, anyway I have found that I'm having trouble editing the powers in the compound power. If a modifier is checked as 'on' it won't go off. If I change the END multiplier it refuses to take. (I started with a 1,3,6,9 pattern, but decide on 1,2,4,8,10. It was when I started Munchkining that I noticed this.)
Here is what I am trying to make -
Compound Power - Strength
+20 STR added to Primary
+15 STR added to Primary (x2 END)
+10 STR added to Primary (x4 END)
+10 STR added to Primary (x8 END)
+5 STR added to Primary (x10 END)
I'm running v1.23 ( It says it when its loading.) and have restarted the program twice before starting this new character.
If this has already been found or I'm doing something stoopid then I apologize for the wasted bandwidth.

OK...that was an odd one. It only happens with Characteristics in a Compound Power and only if you double click to edit (if you always use the edit button, it works).
I've got it fixed and will include the fix in the next update (coming soon).
