Reduced END on STR from Growth

I have a character with 30 points of STR from Growth & Denisty Increase and want to buy down her END cost of 4 to a 2. I have looked through the manual but could not find how to do this. How do you do it?

Pretty much the same way the books do: you need to handle it as a Naked Modifier.

I have a related issue.

I have a character with 35 STR from Growth and 15 STR normally. The 35 STR from Growth is used at the normal End cost.

I reduced the End cost for the normal STR to 0 (using STR bought as a power), and now the End sum for both Str's is 0.
