I always have some kind of cheat sheet ready when playing my characters. Charts and lists mainly for to hit calculations and other reference materials. What do you use?

I use more of a cheat-packet really...
it contains the To-Hit chart, Combat Maneuvers table, Maneuver phase-length table, range mods (unnecessary, if you use the official character sheet... :doi: ), Strength Table, Hit Location Table, Throwing Table + Throwing range mods, Special Hit Locations, and a page detailing procedures for skill rolls, to hit rolls, and damage rolls (eg., how to calculate STUN, BODY, and Knockback), as well as notes about END costs and such.

I use a homemade reference sheet I designed myself with the most useful info. I sometimes make a new version for specific settings.

The Hero System GM's Screen has a lot of useful stuff. I use that for all the most common charts.

I use the GM Screen as well, though I find myself referencing the Object Body Table in FREd enough that I'm thinking of making my own screen.
Other than that, I've provided each player with a DCV To Hit chart. Everything else is pretty much noted on their character sheets.

I've familiarized myself with the characters so for the most part, I only need to look at them once in awhile. The newest Hero Games GM screen really does most of my work. I use a sheet with the characters DEX and SPEED so no player gets forgotten in combat, although I do occasionally miss someone and hear the not-surprising "Hey, I haven't acted yet!" :weep: When I use a large amount of villains, I will then pull out Ye Ancient Champions II Character List, which nicely allows you to write down DEX, SPD, OCV, DCV, ECV, disadvantages of note, PD, ED, Resistant PD, Resistant ED and a few other things. That sheet still rocks!

I'm using Metacreator and use a filter that prints out a sheet with all this information on it (Metacreator is cool like that!). I'm hoping that Hero Designer can do this as well, because I'm planing on buying it eventually.
