Greetings,
I know it has existed, and think that it may exist at present.
What I am looking for is a program/excel spreadsheet/pdf document that is sort of a form that asks all the important information that the players have to know about a Champions Campaign before the can make characters for it. From simple things like the base points and disads points to allowed powers and various esoteric information about the game universe.
I need something to get my mind working, and I would really like to be able to enter the data into the computer and have it print out some sort of data sheet that can then be handed to the players as a reference.
SOMEONE out there must already have done this... somewhere! If they have, is it out there? Can I be pointed to one or more links to aquire it for use? Or am I just way off base and... well... slow?
