Hola gang,
I've been making my CoH characters up for Hero and figured I'd start a thread for any new powers that people would like to post :)
For starters:
Storm Kick:EB 5 1/2d6, Autofire (5 shots; +1/2); No Range (-1/2)
I've been looking at the Cobra Strike ... what do you think a disorient attack would be? CON Drain? Entangle? Flash? What do you think?
