If, a big IF, I remember right when a character use multiform all the items in one form aren't carried over to the other.

example: Old man form a has a walking stick. He becomes form 2 nostick. Goes back to old man insta-stick.

IF you would want the item in the other forms. How is this accomplised? I realize that in a Superhero campaign you could simply buy it as part of the form. But I was thinking of equipment in a heroic campaign.

Would buying teleportation for the item, only from one form to the nest be legal?

In a Heroic campaign, where equipment is in some sense "detached" from the character (because he doesn't pay points for it and it's usually fungible), you might be able to convince the GM to let equipment carry over between forms. After all, we're all familiar with fantasy illos where a wizard changes shape into a cat and then has to climb out of the puddle of his clothes. In this case, the cat would just drag the clothes along. ;)
