CUSTOM Characteristics Question

I need to create a characteristic called MD. I got this part accomplished without a problem, but it is a figured characteristic of EGO/5 and am unsure how to go about this. Thanks in advance for any help.

Check the documentation. Page 43, to be specific.

You will need to alter EGO, adding in the *_INCREASE and *_INCREASELEVELS attributes which tell it to alter your new characteristic.

You may also want to do some searching in this forum, as there are other attributes that you can take advantage of which will tell HD to use your new characteristic when calculating the character's total mental defense.

You can use the Characteristic definitions in the existing templates (primarily Main.hdt) for examples.
