Trouble Logging In

I have been trying to log in to the Online Store for the last week to make a couple of purchases but I can't get the log on page to come up. I turned off all my antivirus protection, firewall, enabled all cookies through IE and turned off the pop up blocker but still can't get the page to come up. Then I tried Netscape with the same conditions above and it tells me "Redirection Limit for this URL exceeded. Unable to load requested page. This may be caused by cookies that are blocked."
I can't think of anything else I can turn off to correct this problem and I'd really like to spend some money.
What do you suggest?

I had a similar problem with the forums here. I ended up changing my password and then going to the cookies folder and deleting it. For some reason, my old cookie never changed the password, so my firewall was freaking out. Anyway, once I deleted the old cookie and logged back in here, I was OK. You might give it a try.
