Cant buy from Online Store

Hello!
I would like to purchace the Hero Designer and download it. But when I try to create an account at the Online Store, I keep getting this message

"Specified display name already in use. Please choose another."

each and every time, no matter what I put in, even randomly typed numbers and letters.

It is getting very frustrating. I want to give you my money, but cant.

jp Also, note that there are two name fields on the registration form:

"User name" and display/real name.

If you are getting an error that the display name is already in use, then you need to change the display/real name field. It sounds like you're changing the user name field instead.
