Usable On Others display error?

If you select Usable Simultaneously or Usable By Other, then these are the only two options in the scroll box that appears in the Modifiers section of the power description. If for some reason you wanted to change this to Usable As An Attack, you have to uncheck the Modifer, hit OK, go back and Edit the Modifier back onto the power.

Tricky.

The problem was that Usable As Attack is only available to Powers that are not already Attack Powers. Applying Usable By Other makes a Power an Attack Power, so UAA becomes unavailable at that point.

I've got things changed around so that the Modifier Intelligence will check the normal targeting of the Power without the UOO Advantage when running the check for UAA.

The current interim build contains the fix.
