Hello Steve. Here are a boat load of questins about Concentration and Inaccurte.

1) Can I buy Concentration and Inaccurte for Mental Powers? Can I applie them to ECV (EDCV/EOCV)?

2) If a player wants the range penatlies for Inaccurate, but not the OCV modifier, can I charge him -1/4 less a disavantage?

3) If a player buys Inaccurate for a non-ranged power, should I charge him -1/4 less a disavantage for the fact that there is no range acurments?

4) If a player just wants a -2 OCV penatly when using this attack, should that be a -0 limitation Inaccurate? If he wants a -2 DCV penatly, should that be a -0 limatation Concentrate?

5) If my players want the DCV penatly but not the PRE Roll penatly, should I charge him a -1/4 less disavantage? Hows about the PRE Roll penatly, but not the DCV change?

Thanks.

1. Sure, there are plenty of examples of that sort of thing in many published books.

2. If you’re the GM, you can do whatever you want, but generally speaking that’s not how Inaccurate works. Look into using Side Effects or Limited Power instead.

3. It’s up to you, as GM, to decide if the character is going to be less restricted, and therefore is entitled to less of a Limitation.

4. That’s not how those Limitations work. Look into using Side Effects or Limited Power instead.

5. Assuming you mean PER Roll and not PRE Roll, see #4.
