View Full Version : Trouble getting to Checkout screen

I'm trying to renew my DH subscription. When I try to get to check out, it hangs up. I get the little green status bar and the "Opening page https://secure.compnetco.com/..." at the bottom of the browser, but that's as far as it goes.
Help? :angst:

I'm assuming that you've sucessfully processed in our store before? Have you changed your OS or browser since then?

Yep, no problems previously and Nope, no changes to my system at all.
I tried doing this at work earlier. However...
I seem to have successfully completed my order as I was typing this out. Go figure...

I had the same problem with Internet Explorer. I tried again with Mozilla, and it worked very well. I don't understand why, but it works !
