Hi!
I'm trying to put together a character for a friend of mine. She's into the idea of a character who uses her hair to do everything from attack, stretch, lift things and defend herself.
Most of the powers fit well, stretching, RKA, Force Field and Extra Limbs with no fine manipulation are what I had in mind.
My biggest problem is giving her hair super strength.
How should I go about doing this? Should this be a STR +30, Only to a single body part or something?
How do you isolate a Characteristic gain to a single limb/body part?
