NCM Clarification

Just want to make sure I understand

Jack has a character with Running 10" & NCM

Character wants to buy a battlesuit (OIF) that adds +5"

So the total cost would be 10 active pointsx2 for NCM=20 Points/1.5 (1+0.5 OIF)= 13 Points

Also what would the active points be in this situation, would it be the 10 points for the normal cost of +5 running or 20 for after NCM?

1. The cost you've calculated is correct.

2. NCM doesn't provide an exemption to the Active Cost rules -- if NCM increases the cost of something a character purchases, that indicates the Active Cost. The Active Cost in this case would be 20 points.
