How long does it take to get your order?

I ordered a bunch of books on friday, and I am wondering when I should see the package arrive at my house?

I placed my order on Friday and according to UPS they should arrive Thursday. Of course AZ is a bit closer to Hero West then Missouri.

Last thing I ordered (before this sale) was the dice and I got those in about a week. I'm also west coast.

I expect a little longer this time since they're probably buried in requests, what with the half-off sale.

did they email you about the package shipping? all I got was the screen at the end that said the order was recieved and nothing else.. they did charge my credit card though

Rest assured, you will get your books. We are not in the business of taking money from people and not giving them what they ordered.

If you did not receive your UPS tracking number, PM me and I'll check out the status of your order. We shipped out all orders (except international) from the weekend today, so you should have received your tracking information.

Make sure that the email address that you entered when you registered is valid. When a transaction is completed a confirmation email is sent to that address. Also make sure the notification isn't being eaten by a SPAM filter. The UPS information is also mailed to the address in your registration.

Hehe... according to UPS I'll get my books on Friday. Which is what I was expecting from the get go (I forget what my S/H charges were, but for what they were I figured it'd be a week before I got my books).

I placed my order on July 24, right before leaving town for a family reunion. When I got back yesterday, there was a box of books waiting for me in the office. Just under a week to get halfway across the continent, not bad :thumbup: .

I didn't get an email with at tracking number either. I just placed the order on Monday so maybe it hasn't been shipped yet. I did get an email stating that my order was received.

It's here! Yeah! But I can't get it! Boo! The UPS guy tried to deliver at 11:30. Of course I am at work. I can't just leave the slip with my signature. No, they have to have a real person sign for it. Normally they then take it to the manager office (At least for all my wife's packages!) But do they do that for my very imporant Fantasy Hero? No, I have to wait and see if they will call me back today to go pick it up. Because of course they are going to try and deliver it at the same time tomorrow! If only I didn't have that pesky job thing.

At least I know it is town.

Thanks for providing the Tracking number Hero Tina. It is nice to see where you package is as it is being shipped. Of course on Saturday when it was only 3 hours away and I couldn't get it until today I just wanted to drive there and knock on the door.
